FFmpeg source and rebuild materials

Complete corresponding-source/rebuild companions for the exact new reference helper hashes below; not retrospective claims about existing VidMaker Windows/Linux binaries.

The archives include complete FFmpeg/OpenH264 source, exact distro sources and patches, retained runtime objects/headers, license notices and an offline recipe. No proprietary VidMaker objects or signing keys are required.

Complete source, SDK, link-map and reconstruction evidence

FFmpeg 7.1.5; OpenH264 2.6.0; glibc 2.39-0ubuntu8.9; zlib 1:1.3.dfsg-3.1ubuntu2.2; gcc-13 13.3.0-6ubuntu2~24.04.1; Linux UAPI 6.8.0-147.147

Original and exact extracted-archive reconstruction ran with Docker --network none. Both stock and modified/relinked helpers decoded PNG, encoded H.264/AAC, inspected streams with ffprobe and decoded the result. Link maps bind every static runtime/startup object to retained SDK/source packages.

Original and exact extracted-archive reconstruction ran with Docker --network none; actual PE helpers executed under Wine64 for stock and modified/relinked PNG/H.264/AAC/ffprobe/decode tests. Imports are Windows OS DLLs only, not missing GCC/C++/pthread DLLs. Full exact older GCC source and distro patches were retained from Ubuntu's official snapshot.

FFmpeg and glibc retain their LGPL terms; other components retain their supplied terms. GCC Runtime Library Exception 3.1 is reproduced and applies where eligible; it does not waive FFmpeg or glibc source obligations. Modification/relinking of these separate helpers and reverse engineering to debug those modifications remain permitted under LGPL-2.1 section 6.
